There are 44 phonic sounds in the English language which can make it difficult for many people with Phonological Dyslexia to pronounce words correctly. Extensive research into Dyslexia prompted the creation for an informative zine. Descriptive Dyslexia describes and displays to the viewer the difficulties of this widespread learning disability.
KRESIMIR is a movie poster design from a workshop with Rick Valicenti. The workshop focused on each designer creating a plot, introducing characters, and themes specific to a randomly drawn movie genre. The poster was printed on 1/32” clear acrylic giving an X-ray feel and aesthetic.
The Notice Mini-Zine’s concept is to invite the viewer to take a closer look at just a few of the issues in today's society. Through careful design, many of these issues can be solved, we just have to be aware and take notice of the issues first.

Off the coast of Madagascar lies Bourbon Island. The coffee beans located there are quite exotic and harvested in very limited quantity. The packaging redesign needed to fit the scarcity and rare flavor of these coffee beans, and that challenge was achieved through a handcrafted barrel and burlap sack. The two fused with an iconic monogram leaves the customer with a reusable container while also avoiding a landfill.
